FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled and seeded
1 papaya, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
3/4 cup Orange juice
Strawberries or mint, for garnish
A few ice cubes, if desired
Preparation:
Place the fruit and orange juice in a blender and process untill smooth.
Adjust the amount of juice to create the consistency you prefer.
For a frozen smoothie, use frozen fruit or add a few ice cubes.
Serve in wineglasses with strawberry or mint garnish.
