Breakfast Pudding


1 cup millet or brown rice, cooked
1/2 cup fruit, pureed (berries, apricots, apples, bananas, etc)
2 tablespoons juice (orange or apple)
1/4 cup nuts, coursely chopped (nuts, almonds, brazil nuts, etc)

Preparation:

Place the cooked starch (rice, etc) in a cereal bowl.
Pour in fruit & juice.
Top with nuts.
Heat if desired.
