RICE CEREAL
2 cups leftover rice
2 cups milk
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat until warmed
but not boiling.
You can adjust the cinnamon and sugar to your taste. This can also be microwaved
very easily. Serves 4.
