Herb Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 Tsp. Whole grain mustard
2 Tsp. dried dill weed
1 Tsp. dried thyme
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
5 Tbsp. extra-virgin Olive oil
Preparation:
Whisk together all the ingredients except the olive oil.
Add the oil in a slow stream, whisking constantly until the oil in emulsified.
For a tangier dressing, ass more vinegar.
