Protein Shake #2


8 oz unsweetened soy milk (5g carbs, 4g fibre)
***This is not the same as "plain" soy milk. Make sure it's sugar free!***
4 oz heavy cream (1.65g carbs)
1 scoop sugar free vanilla protein powder (1g carbs)
Some sugar free DaVinci vanilla syrup (0g carbs) (about 3 tbsp.)
1/2 tsp. sugar free Tang (0g carbs)
4-5 cubes ice

In the blender till it's smooth -- delicious!
