Apricot Chicken
Ingredients:
3 pounds Chicken Breasts, no skin, no bone, R-T-C
8 ounces Apricot Preserves
2 cups Catalina Dressing -- (not low fat)
1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
6 cups Rice, cooked
DIRECTIONS
Brown chicken in a large skillet (both sides), then place in a 10 x 15 inch
baking pan.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 275 degrees F for 2 hours - uncover the last 20
minutes.
Serve over rice.
