Cobb Salad

Ingredients:

1 pound mixed salad greens
3/4 cup Herb Vinaigrette
1 small zucchini, diced
4 crisp bacon strips, crumbled
2 large hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
1 ripe medium tomato, diced
8 ounces crumbled blue cheese (preferrably Maytag Blue or Roquefort)
1/4 pound smoked turkey breast, diced
2 whole green onions, thinly sliced


Preparation:

Place salad greens in a large bowl and toss with Herb Vinaigrett.
Arrange the tossed greens on 4 large salad plates.
Top the greens with vertical rows of remaining ingredients.
Start by making a vertical row of Turkey, then Zucchini, then a row of bacon, a row of diced egg,
a row of diced tomato and row of cheese and a row of green onion slices.

For a tossed Cobb Salad, place all ingredients in a salad bowl and toss.
